Lately I had a chance to read "The Hunting of Man: A History of the Sniper" by Andy Dougan.
Although Dougan is no sniper (he's a historian and a journalist) I think that the book was quite decent. Learned a lot about 'Nam era Scout/Snipers, how the sniper scoupe came to be and about snipers during the First Great War.
Has anyone read this book ? what were Your impresions ?
