TACP Selection

Hey all,
As you guys know I'm prior service waiting on a 368.
When it's signed I hear that TACP slots are not open but I also hear that anything is possible and the recruiter can make things happen and if you still continue with the process you can be pushed through, can anyone give insight?
FY is Oct 2016, I'm trying to beat my 368 deadline, which is the month before. I'm on a huge time crunch trying to at least time things perfectly.

Slots should drop in August, so have everything finished by the end of July.
Be flexible, someone can get cold feet, sick, hurt, etc and you could have a slot open up on short notice (7 days or less).

TACP has a selection? I always thought they took all the Security Forces (you know the Air forces "infantry") drop out's....

Most definitely, just waiting on a recruiter that knows what he's doing with prior service, those who don't seem to be a serious hassle
