To be fair...there are regional deviations. This is not the norm but I think an outlier. My gas is still over $3/gal, and some consumer prices are better but some are worse.

I have not seen gas under $2.49 and eggs are still around $5.00, and thats in the midwest so that post is a bit misleading. However, I have faith that we'll get there.

I payed 10.99 for 3 dozen at Costco. Gas is sitting around $3.23 gallon, in Canuckistani pesos. But average price across the border near Fort Drum is $3.05. Some spots in Watertown are below $3. 18 eggs at Sams Club is $5.12

Yeah, I dont get it if he wants to rename actual vetetans day. We all recognize those wars and both my Grandpa's and a couple of great uncles were WWII vets. But there are no veterans from WWI left that I know of, and very few from WWII still around. My crazy uncle had 3 tours in Vietnam. Veterans day should be one day a year to recognize anyone who served honorably past, present, and future.

Things are moving positively and I'm cautiously optimistic, but I'm also not about to celebrate getting back to where we were 30 days ago.
