It seems like the report concluded that Russia didn’t directly change votes through cyber attacks, rather than saying their hack-and-leak operation didn’t affect the election. We all knew this. The question is, "Yeah but who cares and why drop it on a Friday if you want to distract from the current bad optics?"
Evereyone file this in multiple cabinets- the "Conspiracy Theorists Proven Right Again" file and the "Nothing Ever Happens File." The sad thing? Without the Epstein slow motion car wreck, this would be the biggest news story in recent memory. Ces la vie.
Obama admin assessed Russia played no role in 2016 election result, declassified docs show
On Dec. 7, 2016, then-DNI James Clapper’s office also concluded: “Foreign adversaries did not use cyberattacks on election infrastructure to alter the US Presidential election outcome” and “We have no evidence of cyber manipulation of election infrastructure intended to alter results.”
Other findings, prepared the following day for Obama’s Presidential Daily Brief, only pointed to the “likely” hacking of an Illinois voter registration database that did not affect the electoral count and was “unsuccessfully attempted” in other states.
Can we start here- how much do you actually know about Fusion GPS, HRCs campaign, and the Russia Gate hoax? Have you read any of the multitude of books or reports that show a complicit FBI, NSA, and CIA on the Obama approved and HRC propagated Steele dossier? It seems like the report concluded that Russia didn’t directly change votes through cyber attacks, rather than saying their hack-and-leak operation didn’t affect the election.
I don’t remember anyone claiming that Russia directly manipulated vote totals. I’m sure *someone* did, but the central argument behind the ‘Russian interference’ narrative is about the GRU’s hack-and-leak campaign.
Some of you don't like In N Out...but how bad of a look is the Newsom press secretary showing?
Press Sec. highlights that the company is staying, the heiress is moving.
Why is Lynsi leaving California?
In the recent past she has also made clear that she's not happy with Newsom's actions during Covid, his handling of the Homeless, and having to close stores because of crime. And that she doesn't want to raise her kids in California. Newsom's not wrong but conveniently leaves those parts out.Her stated reason is so she can oversee the development of their new eastern HQ as well as their expansion into states other than TN.
She is moving the HQ to Tennessee because the cost of doing business in California is high, and we're not talking about taxes. Why is Lynsi leaving California?

The issue however with with all these states that create policies to attract businesses is those businesses bring voters that change the fabric of those states. Voters that vote for policies that made their previous states complete hell holes.
That's a good point. It's happening all over Mexico, just with white Americans buying or renting out things that Mexicans could afford pre-pandemic but no longer can. To the point where there are protests have been occurring off and on for a few years: 'Gringo go home.' Mexico City protests target Americans, gentrificationI’d call it the housing equity effect if it were me. People can take the equity out of their homes and retire early, move to a lower cost area and imbue their California values into those new areas.

She's clearly stated that she doesn't want to raise her family in California. Financial is a big part of it all, but let's not sugar coat it and make it the only reason. She can pay the bills. Values are not aligned. As I understand it the HQ will remain in CA? I've listened to many podcasts with her, she's not happy in California. She is moving the HQ to Tennessee because the cost of doing business in California is high, and we're not talking about taxes.

4 of the largest dots do not have a state income tax and AZ is the lowest of those that do (like OR and CO). People are moving to where they aren't taxed to the moon and back. 3 of those states are adjacent to CA so people are moving but remaining close to family and friends. You know this being in AZ and all, but it is rocket surgery for others.
And the lady moving to TN...another state w/o a state income tax. Double-edged sword though because employers will pay a little less in some areas as a result. In FL it doesn't help too that a lot of revenue is driven by tourism.
GotchaThat's my point. It's not about the taxes. Obviously Tennessee are also giving In N Out tax incentives to move corporate HQ as well.
Being close to my parents in case something crazy happens is very helpful. Something Texas certainly did not provide.

I can see that happening if she is still as hands-on as she is now and if she stays in Tennessee. You'll likely see it flip-flop in the next 5-10 years where the corporate HQ is in TN and it becomes a regional one in CA.
