A 21-year-old Air National Guardsman in Tennessee is facing federal charges after sending his resume to a nefariously-named site — all because he said he needed money to support his family, court documents said.

The FBI alleges Josiah Ernesto Garcia used a site called "Rent-a-Hitman" to apply for a job as an assassin.
