A 21-year-old Air National Guardsman in Tennessee is facing federal charges after sending his resume to a nefariously-named site — all because he said he needed money to support his family, court documents said.

The FBI alleges Josiah Ernesto Garcia used a site called "Rent-a-Hitman" to apply for a job as an assassin.

So a low-level marketing staffer has the discretionary funds and horsepower to invent this campaign? Sign the "influencer", make the shoot, and add their face for real or in post-production? Or it was the VP (which is plausible), but they don't run things up the flagpole first?

The day I was processing into the ANG in 1980, getting uniform issue, dogtags, etc, I had to also go to the guy who issues whatever bling you had coming for the uniform. He had my DD-214 with the Rifle & Pistol Expert notation and practically threw the AF marksmanship ribbon at me.
I was the only guy in the squadron with a USMC Good Conduct. They kept asking me what it was hahaha
