None of that mil resume includes shooting much if anything other than block checking for whatever the USAF calls qualifications.
Obviously that rifle was set up by someone unfamiliar to include unfamiliar usage of said rifle.

Man, idk. That’s extremely strange to me. “Accidentally” giving someone the correct antidote to a nerve agent? Do they have the 6 rights over there in Russia? Could be a happy coincidence but it’s about as likely as Epstein killing himself.
