Real AF!! They are mostly support trades, likely logistics and not exactly known for high dress and deportment standards. Let alone taking time to practice drill. I've been seeing a lot of morons that say it's only the CoC at fault but drill is the most basic of skills. As an individual soldier, sailor or airman, you're responsible for representing the uniform and these are all pieces of shit.

Between this, some school principal justifying only playing a Palestinian "peace" song, another one asking any military member NOT wear their uniform to the school and university lecturers screaming out their car window at marching troops (Fuck You). This Remembrance Day was a perfect example of how Trudeau has fucked our military, our image and country as a whole.

I'm sure I'm missing something, but it looks like they made a standard breaking turn to the right and then turbulence/ rollers hit them.

To be fair, I've seen and experienced this and the best way out is to keep your canopy pressurized. It appears my man tried to make that happen, but the turbulence made that impossible. Once you hit the "roller" (as we called them back in day) you're along for the ride.

Brian Germain designed a canopy which could minimize this, it was named the Jedei and I have one in my garage, but the concept never made it (to my knowledge) to wide spread use. I know it saved me at least once.

Back to the video, once the left side of the canopy collapsed, that poor bastard was along for the ride.
 
I rewatched the skydivers. Jesus...

You can see a flag (Argentina's?) and the wind is strong. Watching their canopy control, those guys were in over their heads, jumping into a stadium in those winds. You can see the crosswind push them into the stands...minus the one guy who took a bathroom break.

You can see their control inputs were over the place and they panicked, making things worse. I hope they didn't injure any spectators.
