Do the commando units suffer as severely from desertion as the rest of the ANA? How much does tribal affiliation come into play both within the unit and with locals?

So in the picture above, post #54, the front guy holds his rifle facing down, the middle guy holds his rifle facing up and the back guy holds his rifle across his chest. At least they're consistent!
