Covid-19

I just watched the whole interview. He's honestly the best sounding political candidate, I've seen in a long time. He understands the threats and how to eliminate them.

Oh, I'm not arguing with you brohiem. He does sound good. I wonder if the rumors of him being bankrolled by soros is true or just nonsense. Plus, his connection to phizer.

I spent a couple of hours n NYC this evening and am on the train for the ride home.

On this entire trip, which included multiple train/subway rides and a walk through both Harlem and Central Park and a connection in Grand Central, I counted fewer than a dozen people wearing masks.

Even allowing for my trip being only to a very small portion of NYC and during a time when not a lot of people are out, I found that encouraging.

CDC Quietly Removes COVID-19 Vaccine Adverse Events Collection From Website

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has halted the collection of COVID-19 vaccine adverse events reports through the agency’s V-Safe page, even after millions of Americans have reported such events.

When visiting the V-Safe page, a message shows: “Thank you for your participation. Data collection for COVID-19 vaccines concluded on June 30, 2023. If you have symptoms or health problems following your COVID-19 vaccination that concern you, please contact your healthcare provider. You can also report to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).”

"Bad reactions to an ineffective vaccine? What bad reactions?"

Well color me shocked - the CDC involved in the withholding of politically sensitive data.

So - the FBI lies about crime data and the CDC lies about health information- it’s almost like the government…

Well - it’s like the government is…
…ah what the hell, let’s just say the quiet part out loud:

Go fuck yourselves America - do as you’re told or else.

We visited the Liberty State Park train station in Jersey on Sunday. Don't recall seeing one person wearing a mask.

ETA: always thought of New Jersey as a boring state. Parts of it are actually very cool.

My sister lived in northern Jersey (Mt. Arlington, off I-80) for several years; her husband worked in NYC. There is a lot of cool stuff about NJ if you get off 95 and the turnpike. Princeton is one of my favorite places. The Delaware Water Gap on the NJ-Penn border is super nice, great mountainy outdoors recreation.
