I love the knowledge we gained last time. I started looking at what the *actual numbers are*. The CDC will show “totals” in raw numbers- but not the “increase” in this week. You have to click through a million pages to get raw data.
Meaning- it sounds terrifying that hospitalizations are up 30%in Georgia. TERRIFYING. LOCK IT ALL DOWN. AND DEATHS- UP TOO!
Kidding. It’s 461 *total* admissions across the state and deaths are so low they just list it as ‘count between 1-9’, because they won’t tell you the actual number, only percentage.
So that means that about 100 more folks went to the hospital this week in Georgia and maybe 1 more person died.

I hope every Soldier in that unit files a Congressional. This flies in the face of everything we know about COVID, about leadership, and about Mission Command.
We KNOW that the .mil has the healthiest large population of any US organization. We KNOW the masks don't work. Worse, the Soldiers know it. How can they have mutual trust, shared understanding, or anything close to a cohesive team when you have someone like this in charge?

Mask are part of a religion. You don't have to "know" they work - you need only to believe in what the masks represent in order to find redemption on the left side of the temple - wearing the mask has nothing to do with science.
You can wear the mask as a sign of love and respect - or the government might just show up and shoot your dog.

Real headline this week: "Triangle hospital admissions near record levels, hospitals at capacity." All bolded caps. (the 'Triangle' is the cities of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, if you draw a line between them it's a triangle). In much smaller font, "COVID not a significant source of admissions."

Our hospital is ALWAYS at capacity.
Meanwhile I have noticed something, an 'aha' moment this morning. In my observation, almost everyone driving who is masked is either Asian or black. If find that culturally interesting, and am legit curious why this is.

I see certain demographics in my job. The municipality I work near Philly, we have 90 percent Black, 8 percent White liberals and 2 percent Asian.
So, for most part, masks are still everywhere because of: virtue signaling (I believe), black and Asian Americans already don't trust the government, so, no shots for them, so they think masks will save lives.
I can't tell you how many boosted 5 times pts I've had in town that get the rona, again, still get boosters, still wear masks.
I point it out, they legit tell me, "but, the CDC and officials say it is safe and I won't die". I point out the definition of insanity, go about the call.
I certainly will resist, like I did last time. I look forward to triggering many, many fuckers.
