saw this forum and wanted to check in and see what all is going on. Ex-Navy SEAL out of Team 4 in Little Creek, VA. Have been out for a while (82-87) but keep in touch with a few of my friends. Working now as an environmental consultant and part-time CrossFit instructor trying to keep my self and others fit... I enjoy it.
