What do you think of this theory, proposed by Sons 2 and 3 after some research on the internerd?

So, apparently, before she married Tywin Lannister, Johanna and the Mad King were lovers. Eventually she married into House Lannister, moved to Casterly Rock and gave birth to Cersei and Jamie. After some years, returning with her husband to Kings Landing for an official visit, the flames of passion were reignited in the Mad King's bed...Tyrion was conceived...a dwarf was born in Casterly Rock because his true father, a Targaryen, was the product of generations of inbreeding.
Sounds plausible to me...but I'll defer to the experts.
