Everyone calls me AK, and I'm trying to enlist in the USAF after I graduate college next semester. My dad was in the USAF for 26 years (passed away last year), and I grew up a brat.
After talking with my recruiter about the things I do (rugby, SCUBA, triathlon, camping), he asked if I had any specific AFSC in mind. I don't, but I told him I needed to do something that will challenge me physically and mentally or I was going to hate my life. He got all excited and handed me all these brochures for CCT, TCAP, SOWT and SERE.
I'm here to gather as much information as I can, before I commit to doing something I may not be able to conceivably handle. And while these are jobs I would love to do, I'm super hesitant since:
1. I'm a woman
2. I'm 35
