Israel and Iran

You are literally calling for the abolishment of the First Amendment. Cool.

I do tend to think some of your memes are funny, and I believe you are probably pretty intelligent, hell we might agree more than we disagree, but when you (and others) pepper your posts with slang and insults, it takes away from whatever point you are trying to make. “Useful idiots” is one of my favorites.

Ok...maybe we should just arrest them and charge them for incitement?

Maybe I'm watching the wrong news - but it seems like "ends justify the means" resides at the very core of our nations political structure.
Both parties - without shame.
But again, I could be watching the wrong news - I admittedly get most of my themes and messaging from South Park reruns.

When you advocate for the killing of anyone in your speeches, is that not incitement? The standard for incitement seems to be incredibly low.

You are a lawyer, correct? Bar member or whatever your craft requires?

And you want to restrict the 1st Amendment?

Did you kill Kenny!!!!?

We hired a guy who we had to put on a different NDA than standard, and well if it were me, I wouldn't have hired him as the risk is too great. That NDA is about as worthless as the paper its written on and remember, it's only valid if you enforce it. Just like laws. I know exactly what I'm advocating for to be frank with you. The same shit that the SPLC and all those other shits who went after the Proud Boys et al. The same standard has to apply here. We have people cheering on and advocating for the murder of another group, openly in our streets. There's clearly enough of them to do some damage. My balls tell me something's clearly going on.

Break, different subject. Biden needs to stop talking in the media and Netanyahu needs to authorize the offensive.

The FBI literally targeted parents who protested against LGBTQ phonographic material taught to their children. We are a nation of laws and yet Hamas radicals and the communists, who burned down cities, are celebrated and allowed to do as they please. Historically, when a minority acts out and tries to destroy a welcoming society they either succeed or are wiped out.

These people left unchecked will bring horror and misery. The aftermath of said horror may leave you with a society that you won't like to be a part of.

No bans.

I agree but do two wrongs make a right?

You don't have to agree with it but it's not illegal to be anti anything you want. It's illegal/ immoral to act on it. If someone is provoked by words, hold that person accountable. You don't throw people in jail for being racist or for their antisemitism, you throw'em jail for harming the people they hate.
You're right. That said, I think we're at war. I think we've been at war for some time. It's just now that people are starting to realize the enemy is in the wire. When a people and culture are trying to kill yours, sometimes you have to take the gloves off and be uncivilized.

These old world schisms don't belong in the new world. Same with old world socialist death cults.

The laws you use against others are the laws they will use against you. Those suppressing free speech are rarely (if ever) the good guys.
Pretty sure the rule of law and social contract are in tatters. The "laws" that govern people don't really matter when the other party disregards them. The people at the Israeli rave assumed that the laws of civilization and it's institutions would protect them, yet here we are. The people who were burned alive, tortured, and shot were living in a civilized world, until it wasn't.

Laws work when you and your opponent are civilized. Not so much when your enemies fail to abide by the rules of a polite society.

The thing I have noticed about these pro-Palestinian protests is the lack of real condemnation of what Hamas did. Maybe I'm not looking at the right ones, but the ones I have seen all seem focused on speaking about Israel's retaliation and even the ones who do speak about Hamas' cowardly attack always seem to do the but or try to give an around-about way in blaming Israel for Hamas attacking. I don't know what Israel should do a part of me strongly believes bombing and laying siege to Gaza is wrong, and that Israel should show mercy. However, another part feels the Palestinians are hostile people, the majority support Hamas and their actions, and Israel should stomp on them until they are broken; otherwise, they won't stop.
As for the protests, I am against curtailing free speech. Yes, I know one side has done it a lot, and it would be fair to do the sam, but I dont think it is right to do just because they have done it. Also, it is a losing optic. The left has a high control of the media narrative, and reducing their free speech does nothing but strengthen their message to their audience that the right are a bunch of fascists in training.

Why would there be condemnation? Most of these protests say what Hamas did was a good thing and encourage more violence against Jews. "From the River to the Sea" means but one thing.

So far as I recall the first amendment is regarding the government's ability restrict/not restrict rights. But the CEO of Devildoc, Inc., can restrict what his employees can say and do. So if the CEO doesn't want pro/anti demonstrations, he can speak it into existence.

As bloody as this is, this is essentially a propaganda war. Hamas wins by not losing--simply surviving the conflict. Israel loses by any other outcome beyond the annihilation of Hamas. The only real question I have is how long Israel gets let off the leash before the protests drive a political solution that will, ultimately, hand Hamas a win.
