To me - it suggests the possibility that the current administration running the United Stated of America identifies more closely with a drug addicted career criminal than they identify with almost anyone living to the right of center on the US political spectrum.
Murderers, rapists, and drug addicts are given equal footing as that afforded to our nations true heroes.
Think about it - decide for yourself if that possibility is real. Decide for yourself - don't let George Snuffalupagus decide for you - don't let Sean Hannity, Rachel Madcow, Bill Maher, the View, or Fox and Friends decide for you...

...think about who the administration is pandering to and to what end
...think about "why"
Make your own decision based on "what YOU think" - then be proud of who you really are - go forth and be unapologetic about it.
