I have a hard time believing Sweden's decision to prosecute isn't related to all the other migrant protections in their track record. Especially after reading some of the testimonies, his body guard "being cut", the two guys harrassing women, etc. Looking up the guy, he appears to have been in some trouble previously for violence as well.
