Im a young high school student but is interested in the special forces. Looking for opinions on training: how much and what to do?
To give a little background: I am a football player who trains 10 hrs/week (plyo boxes, weight lifting, body weight, ab-work, sprint work, etc.) I hope this gives a good idea of what i do and I am grateful for your advice.
