Eastwood was looking super frail so I don’t know why I was expecting it to be like Gran Turino maybe it was a good movie, but I kept thinking it was dragging on and building up to something. “Ok the narcos are going to kidnap the granddaughter and Clint is going to single handedly dismantle an entire cartel.” Wrong. The dude was driving a truck the whole time and growing flowers.

At least the final Rambo movie will have that plot, so Stallone better not let me down.

Was searching through Netlfix for anything and watched Burn After Reading.

It's pretty good, hilarious at times, don't know if I would go out of my way to watch it again but if you enjoy Coen Brother movies at all you'll like this.

Two things...

I want my money back. Any movie where Eastwood doesn’t shoot a guy or even raise his fist is not a true Eastwood movie. I thought it was long and drawn out, but I guess I was expecting it to be an action movie .

I agree and everyone I talked to agrees. Not even gun fingers?! Still a Clint movie that I would recommend.

Best thing about the real story;

In an effort to avoid jail Sharp made one final, strange plea. If he could avoid jail, he proposed paying the $500,000 penalty he owed the government by growing Hawaiian papayas.

I keep working my way through the modern military films that Netflix recommends and so far my favourites are "six days" (Iranian embassy siege) and "13 hours" (Benghazi).

"Lone Survivor" I do not know what to think of because everytime I read something about what really happened, it is a different story.

When I watched it, it was all new to me. I never followed the Benghazi story when it played out in the media.

What struck me as the most ridiculous part, was dropping a US ambassador into a warzone with two bodyguards, miles away from any kind of support.

The boys said it was really good. Some interesting sound effects though. I want to know what you all think after you see it.

It was alright to me, very beautiful movie and better than the usual that DC puts out. Worth a watch. My only gripe is that it probably could have been a little shorter, it's a movie that you're aware of how long you've been sitting there for.

Everyone needs to go see “The Mule.” One of the best Clint Eastwood movies ever. You’ll laugh, and you might cry. You will not regret spending the money on it.

I trusted this and was burned for it, good movie yes. But best Eastwood?

I'm with you. It's 2018. Why we continue to need a pair of $.02 "glasses", just to watch a movie in 1950's style is beyond me.
