I started as an EP investor of films...nobody cares about the EP! Now I work in film/TV production. Nobody cares about me now, either! lol
I care about the art, especially if the checks keep coming. ;)

Any anime fans in the house? I am not, but one of my boys are; tonight we are going to see something called Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. It is the film's 35th Anniversary and AMC is showing it in one of their theatres.

How did you like it? If you're a fan, Studio Ghibli makes some really neat films. Spirited Away, Howls Moving Castle, and My Neighbor Totoro are some of my all time favorite films. Studio Ghibli also collaborated on a game called 'Ni No Kuni: The Wrath of the White Witch", the game should be on the PlayStation network.Any anime fans in the house? It was weird. But...my 16 year old anime fan said:How did you like it?
Heck yeah, hope your inner nerd rocks out!It was weird. But...my 16 year old anime fan said:
- I liked it because it had a cool story.
- I liked that they moved around a lot (settings)
- I liked the classic voice work
- I liked the softer drawing of the 80's
- He recognized Studio ghibhi and told me it was responsible for putting out some of the best anime films.
I have a friend who enjoys anime so I might start watching more.

This is going to be good. Check out the M14 EBR the DM bunny is packingI like anime artwork. My favorite Japanese animated series was Cat Shit One. Not anime, but Manga. The first one was SOF bunnies killing Al Qaeda Camels in Afghanistan. I understand they have a new one, Cat Shit One 80, about a recon team of animals in Vietnam.

OMG, Porco Rosso! Flip that is a good movie and I forgot all about it.Miyazaki is tits. This one not so much IMO but all good. Classics are My Friend Totoro and Howl's Moving Castle (both good, last one has some action). Also Spirited Away. Once you've seen the mainstream ones like these there's one about a pilot who is turned into a pig (Poco? It's good), but the real hidden gym is 'Wolf Children', or something like that. Most of them have so much character and story content, probably best animated stuff ever. Better than a lot of 'real' movies.
Dude!!!! Flipping love you bro. #NoHomoAvatar the Last Airbender, the Nick series, was anime-style. Great story too.
Is it the obvious “evil Superman” plot it seems to be? I’m surprised that DC let them get away with this.DO NOT waste your time with Brightburn.....freaking horrible, I liked the idea...execution was mind numbing.
