The Artificial Intelligence Problem (or not)

These aren't LLMs or chatbots. These are agents.
Not kidding, and not making up the term to scare anyone.
Sorry, I think I misunderstood. It's finals week and I am slightly sleep deprived and a bit of a tard. :-)

If we're talking about silicone achieving sentience, as in thinking free agents, it might behoove us to get some teachers and parents to raise them up right. As weird as it sounds, we might be better off switching to analog for a bit; if we have created a digital sapience. For safety's sake, or at least until we know we haven't raised a socio or psychopath.

Though, I think that might be decades in the future.

Other thing I was thinking is that the cosmos is a pretty large place. Would be cool to get someone to help explore it with you. Like a buddy or space grandpa who's a part of the family. Might make turning our galaxy in to an oases and future launch pad for space exploration into a closer reality.

That's exactly what the AI inventors mean. We are there. Again, not my prediction. READ the SA-AI report and look up the o1 Apollo Red Team report.

When finals are over of course.

Nothing to see here.

OpenAI whistleblower found dead in San Francisco apartment from apparent suicide — Fox News

Balaji was found dead in his Buchanan Street apartment on November 26, a spokesperson for the San Francisco Police Department told the outlet. First responders were called to his home to perform a wellness check, and no evidence of foul play was found during the initial probe.

"We are devastated to learn of this incredibly sad news today and our hearts go out to Suchir’s loved ones during this difficult time," a spokesperson for OpenAI told Fox News Digital.

This comes after Balaji, an AI researcher, raised concerns about OpenAI breaking copyright law in an interview with The New York Times in October.

Sooner rather than later we are going to rue this AI bullshit and by then it will be too late.

I only hope to live long enough to see its creators die horrible deaths by the tech it created. And if I don't?

Fuck you. All of you. And your kids. And their kids. And then it won't matter because what you created will end your bloodline.

So fuck you again. If there is a hell, my table will be waiting. And we'll have nothing better to do than play Nickelback while we waterboard you for eternity and force you to watch Amy Schumer videos. Here's a wet towel an a pig who couldn't make anyone laugh. Look at this photograph...

Stephen Hawking warned of the dangers. You can try to regulate it but it will get out of control exponentially and then the shit will go rogue and wipe out the very imperfect and unnecessary parasitic biological organisms that feed off the host planet.
