Never ran across a post confirming it or why. I only recall an older comment some weeks back about him being sent on an extended vacation for his friendly posts, and then more recent comments hinting that he was actually permanently banned and that other posters apparently got the memo too.

what the democrats are doing is not new
democrats inflamed, started, and led the civil war
then they resisted reunification
then democrats DEMANDED that US military bases be named after leaders that led the rebellion
...or else blue states would undermine federal efforts to fight WW1
then a democrat president put US citizens in internment camps
then they led the way on most if not all of the Jim Crow laws
then a democrat president used extra judicial abuse of his office to drone strike a US citizen
then to the last one of them they accused EVERYONE else of doing these things
then they used the DOJ the IRS and every other government agency to target their political opponents
then they blamed their opponents
...like they have done fo most of the last 250 years
then...

I occasionally listen to NPR on my way to work, for reasons. They had a panel of law professors/lawyers this morning talking about all the injunctions and TROs and whatnot, and the liberal law prof (from UNC-CH) said that the right's invective about impeaching judges is not helping. Without skipping a beat the lady lawyer from some conservative organization asked, paraphrasing, 'like the threats against SCOTUS when Dobbs came out?' The law prof grudgingly admitted yes.
Win or lose, aside from a minority, the right/conservatives will typically move on, peacefully. The left, however, is perfectly fine with the hypocrisy of talking about peace, inclusion, etc., then advocate riots and violence. And you can't blame the people, the democrat leadership instigates this on CNN, MSNBC, et al.
Me, I am done with all the peace and harmony crap. If a rioting bunch of protesters who are doxing (I know that one!) Tesla owners or firebombing Tesla owners get whacked I'll not lose sleep.
I’d like to start with heavy handed punishment of every single individual breaking the law for any reason. Let’s just get back to a baseline. You’re illegal? Deported. You riot and loot? We find you and put you in jail. You work for UNWRA and you’re here on a green card and you take over a college building? Deported.
We lost that in the last admin with the very notable exception of J6. I’m not speaking about the violent offenders- hit a cop go to jail- but keep that same energy for every person you catch committing domestic terrorism.

I got into an argument with my wife who is an attorney because she mentioned Justice Roberts remarks and my issue is with the substance of the TRNA TRO...like get effed, they are criminal aliens. They have no standing as it is, deported.
There have been 22 impeachments, 15 of them have been judges...but the last impeachment wasn't over rulings it was over that dude liking kiddy porn.
So yeah, the POTUS probably shouldn't be calling for impeachments of every judge...but this one guy should take a hike.

What is interesting is that both the liberal dude and the conservative chick both agreed that at the end of the day none of these likely have any legal standing.
I have heard but have not confirmed that no judge has been impeached over their rulings, all impeachments have been for other reasons.
They don't even have the basics for legal standing. You need a plaintiff, someone who is harmed by the ruling. The judges themselves are acting as the plaintiffs.
The other fun ruling no one seems to care about is Knauff v. Shaughnessy (1950). The Supreme Court ruled that the US Gov could exclude non-citizens without a hearing if deemed necessary for national security and emphasized the executive branch's broad power over immigration matters. It went on to say that power got even more robust in times of national emergency.
Got a green card? Are you an idiot? The SECSTATE has all the authority to revoke your green card. Bye. Are you here illegally, and does the President deem you a threat to national security because of your affiliation to foreign terror organization? K bye.
So, BL, we already have a ruling from the SC that grants plenary authority for the head of the executive branch to deem these deportations necessary for national security (like for instance, if you had a foreign terror network in TDA that was taking over apartment complexes and killing Americans).
