If their State Police is anything like ours here in PA and other states during the covid, they will do her bidding for fear of losing pensions. I hope that won't be the case but here in PA and across the river, behind enemy lines of jersey, the state police enforced unconstitutional and illegitimate mandates. They proved to be modern day gestapo and my mind won't change from that.
Fortunately, our local cops did not participate in tyrannical actions.
Case in point:
While I'm Philly, born and raised, I exfil'd a long time ago, we reside less than 10 miles north in a small Boro.
During scandemic, while most businesses and restaurants closed, afraid of repercussions, 1 diner in town, the Radcliffe did not.
We were having breakfast when 3 cunts from health dept entered, like gestapo, demanding that we all leave and that the establishment close. Me being me, loud and obnoxious, said "fuck you, leave tyrants", this was echoed by others, my wife was a bit pissed for my outburst, sorry hun.
Tyrants called local cops, Boro PD, including my wife's brother, one of our groomsmen.
They showed up, all 7 of them, including chief.
Tyrants made their case. PD told them, they will not enforce mandates and that they are trespassing. They were ordered to leave.
Cunts left with tail between their short, devil legs. We should have egged them.
Applause. Cops ate for free that day. Best part, the owner was handing out pocket constitutions. I can't tell you how many of those things I have. Lol

If the Bernalillo County DA wont prosecute any cases, and the State AG won't file cases....hard for the state police to file any cases.

Agree. Doesn't make any sense for them to put anyone through the hassle. Yet, she charged the State Police with enforcing it and they haven't said no. Evidently, they're issuing citations.

True but, she's a fucking tyrants that has set a precedent for every blue governor to attempt same.
Matter of time before Shapiro tries this shit. You don't think she'll still try to fuck him over, elected or not.

Who's going to enforce the citations? The jurisdiction for prosecution will still be the county DA, or county Justice of the Peace for that a county...or, at a stretch...the State AG office, but AG said he wouldn't enforce it...
Plus....apparently it's not criminal penalties....the citations are civil, which would fall into the Justice of the Peace office (at least in Texas)....truly a not well thought out plan by the governor.

Summary: couple stopped to help woman who claimed her car broke down. Said woman then pulled a gun on them and ordered the couple into the woods. Male component of the couple pulled his own gun and told the criminal to drop her gun. A shootout ensues. The criminal gets hit four times and doesn't die. The man gets hit once and bleeds out.
Lots of lessons to be learned here.
