What Are You Currently Reading?

Just bought Level Zero Heroes. Afraid to start it until this weekend after reading the reviews here. I seriously need to show up to work tomorrow but I do have Monday off. :D

Finished Imperial Grunts, read Level Zero Heroes, and am currently on 13 Hours: The Inside Story Of What Really Happened In Benghazi.

Working on Fratricide In Battle from Bloomsbury Studies on Military History.

Fratricide, or ‘Friendly Fire’, is a persistent and unwelcome feature in war. Can it be avoided? How can it be properly understood?

Beginning with a historical analysis, Fratricide in Battle examines all aspects of the problem, covering both human and technical factors, before looking at a range of measures currently in use to tackle the issue.

Charles Kirke brings together an international group of experts in the field, from both military and academic backgrounds, to provide a thorough examination of this crucial subject. Taken together, their contributions offer a comprehensive understanding of fratricide in its historical context and suggest important lessons for future generations.

Thanks to those dicks behind Violence of Action I finished their book in 4 days which left me looking for something to read. Level Zero Heroes for the win. I'm up to the first convoy and the book is pretty good.

Any good zombie/kill 'em all books? I've been up to my eyeballs reading stuff for my re-cert. I need to go berserker on some deserving populace.

I don't know...given some of the O lines Rex had to play behind, he's pretty well versed in combat. ;-)

Finished up Level Hero Zeroes and really enjoyed it. I specifically liked reading about the JTAC point of view.

My purchase this week was Violence of Action, I'm early in the book but the stories of the Jessica Lynch rescue and bringing everyone home. Damn, that got me.

I've just finished Undaunted by Hugh O'Brien, Obi was a Clearance Diver and got onto TAG-E.
It's a small world down here, one of his CD mates is a work mate and a bloke he works with in Iraq doing PSD is a mate from the Battalion.
