My daughter goes on this "go woke, go broke" thing for whatever reason about Bud Light and Kid Rock and whatever.

"To be fair, 'Go woke, go broke' has happened in the past."
"Name one, dad."
"Some Charleston based import businesses in the 1850's and early 1860's."

The point is, I beat the family's asses in Uno.

I say this with love, so please don't take offense. I have a friend who sounds exactly like you. Just says random stuff sometimes.

Once, while having lunch at a small town pizza place the phrase, "Did you know clown porn was a thing?", was just randomly dropped by said friend. This was loud enough that the old dude running the counter heard, did a wtf face, and then busied himself with making a pizza. I said something akin to wtf. To which friend then briefly goes into detail explaining it.

Sometimes I get that same feeling of deja vu reading some of the stuff here. It's humorous and absurd in it's own way.
