Momma Sand Snake is gonna get handed over to The Mountain.
I think the naval battle could be the start of a redemption arc for Theon, he knew he couldn't get to Yara so decided to bug out and shall inevitably launch a rescue attempt at some stage. Then again, this is Game Of Thrones and he might get killed by a wild ManBearPig because fuck everyone.

I really don't understand how Euron didn't bleed out or die of poison since he was cut multiple times by those chicks. But they made that look way too easy.
Also...the size and style of his ships are literally impossible. I really don't get it, it's very annoying.

That's part of the books.
The Iron Islanders per book canon were more like the Vikings in their ship construction and marauding. They weren't building the largest Hellenic ships one after the other. The Iron Islands when it comes to trees are a pretty baren place. Building 1000 ships would be a tremendous endeavor that would take a decade of harvesting lumber under complete duress.

Yeah, John Snow is a Wyte, so is Lady Stoneheart and Beric Dondarrion. Except they're full of fire and not ice. Interesting theory, but Beric wasn't nearly as full of life the first time as John Snow as I understand it.
