My thanks to @ShadowSpear for pointing this out, but Civ 6 has a free 60-turn demo available. Reviews for the AI suck, but the rest of the game seems to be good. I like what I saw.

Fyi, Civ V with all addons is on sale for like $12 via Steam this weekend.

Let me know if you purchase it. There's definitely a lot more city involvement, but I'd enjoy attacking or allying with fellow site members

I would buy a console for a handful of games, otherwise....no chance in hell.

So...the deal with the remastered COD4:MW for Xbox 1 is you have to buy COD:Infinite Warfare for $60 and with it you get a code to download the older (better IMO) game. Not a bad deal if it works.

I always seem to buy a new console right when GTA is released...PS2 for San Andreas, Xbox something for GTA4, PS3 for GTA5...

Now I use the PS3 mostly for netflix and blue rays...as well as NHL16. Otherwise PC fo lyfe yo.

I had the lucky misfortune of being robbed and my insurance hooked me up with a new 4K Alienware setup. I'm officially part of the PC master race. Trying to go back to a console has proven futile.
I'm really looking forward to Prey coming out in May

I sure hope that this brings people in. TF 2 is a magnificent game but it's been hemorrhaging players for the past few months. It's really tough to find a game these days. It certainly didn't help that the publishers released it at the same time as Battlefield 1...

I felt titanfall was mediocre at best. Pretty, sure. Interesting mechanic of the titans? Ehh, ok.

But all said and done, as a shooter I was totally underimpressed.
