So much to do...but the bounty system isn't brilliant.

Definitely, I think I've sunk about 10-15 hours easily into it and I'm still pretty early into the story yet. Theres just so much stuff to do and its extremely easy to get sidetracked with the random encounters, the bounty system definitely handcuffs you early on in the game with how limited money is to start off with.

Yeah and it's a bit one sided sometimes- I've been assaulted before so I shoot the cunt in the face and suddenly I'm the bad guy!

I'm not going to buy a console for it

Good for you. Thanks for letting us know. It'll probably be out on PC in a year or so though.

I will say.. That the videos of people playing rdr2 are pottery hilarious. Lots of people going off cliffs, punching their horse, or just getting flung off their horse.. Pretty funny.

It's pretty great honestly, had a guy at gun point and a deer ran out of the woods at mach 2 and hit the guy I was robbing into the shadow realm, and as if on cue my character yelled out "thanks for coming".

I saw on Reddit that a guy shot a rancher who shot at him, he decided on a whim to throw him in the pig pen...and they started eating the body! The game has had so much thought put into it.

I lost my first horse by accidentally flying her off a cliff. She didn't want to go over the edge but I insisted and here we are. Got eaten by a massive bear at one stage too- got away from the bastard but didn't get the shot to the head that I wanted out of it and the bastard got me. Lost three perfect pelts after I respawned too. I've also spent way too much time hunting and fishing.

In other news. If you log into battle.net right now, you get Destiny 2 for free. Never played them before, but I'm having fun while I take off from Black Ops4 for a few days.

They just had to make it for mobile now. I was able to avoid it when it was just console/PC but now...time to get my dues vult on.

Got 'Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom' and it is an amazing game! For anyone who grew up with Hayao Miyazaki films, the game is structured just like one of his epic fantasy stories. Studio Ghibli wasn't involved in the creation of the game, but a bunch of people that have worked with Studio Ghibli have contributed some pretty amazing elements to it.

The game itself is like a cross between an action RPG, pre-set town builder, and mini army creator. As you build your castle and complete quests, you recruit characters from other nations, to improve your kingdom, and expand your nations army. You should be able to pick up the game on sale for around 30 bucks or less.

If you're a dark souls masochist, you can set the difficulty to very hard and enjoy slowly plodding through the game.

I've seen some people here mentioning Rome 2 and they are probably perfectly aware of this, but just in case; there is a mod called "Divide et Impera" which is a total conversion that turns the game into what it should have been from the beginning. Design, factions, mechanic - all redone and made historicaly authentic as much as possible. Basicaly the Rome 2 we wanted and deserved. I've been playing the tw series since the first title Shogun and I gotta say it's one of the best mods ever made by the community.

I hated the mechanics they introduced with Shogun 2. Rome 2 is better than Shogun 2, but not as good as the original Rome TW or TW Medieval. I haven't played Rome 2 in so long I forgot mods are available.
