Israel and Iran

Has anyone read Wes Morgan's "The Hardest Place"?

He keeps trying to dunk on the Israelis on X saying they're not doing enough to limit civilian casualties. And keeps talking up US and ISAF civcas reduction measures from Iraq and Afghanistan as if they were "successful".

How do I say this. When a certain percentage of the populace is wholly bought into their government's nonsense. A significant percentage also has to go the way of [blank]. That was WWII. Where we firebombed Tokyo. Dresden. Etc. Then you have occupy for 50+ years.

It may not be sensitive of modern day feelings - I certainly don't think it will fly with those leaning towards the left - but this is a binary problem/solution equation:

1) From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
2) No more West Bank, no more Gaza Strip.

Any other solution is just a band aid until the next attack.
PALESTINE.IS.NOT.A.COUNTRY.

Palestine is nothing more than a regional cluster of ethnic Arabs that identify as an underrepresented demographic. Palestinians hail from Jordan - and Jordan refuses them just like all of the other Arab nations that once served as a home to the Palestinians.
Lebanon, Egypt, Syria - these chuckle heads from Hamas could arguably lay claim to land within ANY of these regions if their claims to Israeli soil held any water.
But alas...
PALESTINE.IS.NOT.A.COUNTRY.
...and the rest of the Arab world doesn't seem willing to help then become one.

Why don't peace talks include these "other" regions that produce historical numbers of Palestinians? Because even the Arab nations in the middle east only give a shit when the violence spills across their borders. How many of these historical homelands to the Palestinians are standing in line to donate a few thousand acres into the "lets build a Palestinian country" effort?
NONE

The hard truth is - this isn't one of those cute little social issues that can be toyed with by changing your pronouns.
This is REAL - this is existential violence. Somebody has to go - because clearly - there is no such thing as a two state solution. Palestinians won't settle for it, and the Israelis are not going to give up their home unless they are literally pushed into the sea.

To sum things up:
-One path to a lasting peace is for Palestine to be free, from the river to the sea.
-The other path to a lasting peace is for Israel to rename, reclaim, and demilitarize the entirety of the West Bank and the Gaza strip.
-Everyone needs to pick a side to cheer for and stop pretending that there is any chance of a two state solution.

Everything else is just war profiteering conducted by people wearing a bespoke suit.

If I had asked you to break it down kindergarten style, I don’t know how you could’ve done it any better. I literally feel smarter after reading your post.
