Israel and Iran

Joe Kent apparently has been leaking information and has been sidelined from classified briefings for months, so he's not really privileged to know what went down.

Iran has been one of the largest sponsors of terror effecting the US, had it coming.

Source? You know that for a fact, or are you repeating what an AIPAC funded politician said?

read it, too, on X, attributed to "senior Trump officials".
Before the resignation? Based on some of the official statements made during the Minneapolis ICE occupation, “senior Trump officials“ are not a source that I have a lot of confidence in.

But that’s just me, and as they say… YMMV.

Bro, I don't recall when I read it. It was inconsequential enough for me to breeze by. "Inconsequential" to me being anonymously attributed to "senior Trump officials." I really don't believe anything from any party/administration based on anonymous attributions.

That is a hell of an accusation. What is it based on?

Well, on Twitter. Numerous tweets about it. But we can start with Tulsi saying who gets to make the decision on what is and what is not a threat to the US.

You have the Speaker stating that Joe Kent wasn't in the briefings.

Here is the POTUS:

Thanks for the response.

I’ll just fall back on what I said earlier…

I agree with him 100%
My opinion is definitely closer to Kent's than that of the administration, and I don't believe Joe doesn't know what's going on. In fact, I think the opposite.

Ridiculous that these sycophants are attacking Joe Kent now. An American Green Beret with 11 combat deployments ought to be respected and entitled to his opinion.

lol..."a known leaker" for months? This obvious security threat was retained for months? Not charged like a leaker should be. Not fired as a consolation prize for knowingly disclosing classified information. Nope, they kept him around and merely banned him from briefings? The head of the NCTC didn't know of Iran's threat to the US?

Nah. I'm not buying this narrative. It's retarded.

You can buy what you want, just know that he thinks Iran wasn't a threat to the US or the Western World. When one of Iran's proxies killed his wife. (Granted, maybe he agrees with me that we should have never been in Syria)

Either way, he's not been executing the will of the duly elected executive and is going all conspiracy theory nonsensical. Brain Rot much? These resignation letters used to be three sentences. And now we get a roll of toilet paper. God love our social media world.

Opinion and reputation aside, saying Iran was only a regional threat to Israel and our other allies is flat wrong.

Hoping for a regime change is probably just wishful thinking. We should be working hard to destroy their ability to export missiles, rockets, and explosive drones. Look what they're doing to Qatar and UAE. No U.S. bases either of those places but they took the opportunity to attack civilians.

Iran is out for us. The only thing stopping them from carrying out attacks on U.S. soil is time.

The point? You missed it or just wanted to argue or whatever.

I don't care that he was wrong about Iran because I think he was wrong about Iran. Again, my point is that if he was so much of a threat they threw him out of briefings, he was a known leaker for months, why wasn't he on charges or at least fired? Instead they retained him as head of the NCTC and banned him from briefings? That doesn't track. He was either a threat to national security or he wasn't. If he was, why wasn't he charged and/ or fired? That's what doesn't make sense. Either members of the admin knew and did nothing or he didn't leak info, because their actions do not support the former.

Apparently it is un-American to have an opinion that is not pro Israel.

I personally find it abhorrent you can’t even have a negative opinion on the government of Israel without being anti-Semitic.
