It’s silly. Play 003 or 006 but you cannot be 007. A lot of people say we should be allowed to play everything. Don’t be ridiculous. If I say I want to play JFK I should be laughed out the room. Why should James Bond be black? It’s silly.

JFK was a real person. Bond is a fictional character. This is a silly argument. Look at the Hamilton musical. A smart writer and lyricist was able to take a classic, if not very well-known story, and turn it into a really entertaining if somewhat fictionalized account. Like, the entire argument is a silly tautological "James Bond cannot be black because he's not black."

I should’ve been more clear, it is not my argument it is the argument of the black actor.

I watched Darkest Hour last night. Very good movie. I think Oldman did a great job playing Churchill. A story that reminded me and my son how important Churchill is to history. A few laughs along the way too.

Awesome movie. Theater full of old people. The people who needed to see that movie weren't there. He was an amazing man, a force to be reckoned with.

And Oldman became one of my favorite actors when I saw him play a Rastafarian black drug dealer in True Romance. He can play any part, be anybody. He could probably play the new female James Bond

I cannot stand Tom Cruise, but I go to nearly all of his action movies. The Mission Impossible ones are fantastic, and I appreciate that Tom does many of his own stunts. To include hanging off of the building in Saudi and flying the helo in this movie.
