My first SL had us dip out on a Friday for some “off post PT”, which was just us going to my TLs room in the B’s with a 24 pack of coors yellow bellies and watching “Heat” with us pausing and rewatching how they broke contact and did mag changes.

Heat was a frequent training film for Recon Platoon 6RAR in the 90s. That old VHS tape nearly got worn out.
