Tell me they don't have a Captain as a CID agent.....and in uniform.
My bad...it was in the trailer! I looked at the script and didn't see it.

What rank should a CID be and how should they dress?

I hated The Hurt Locker, too.

In CID the only investigative Agents are enlisted and Warrant officers, no officers do any investigative work...they are in staff positions at the battalion level. When on investigative status CID Agents are in plainclothes, while CONUS. OCONUS it can be uniform with no rank, just "US", or it can also be plainclothes.

Just one of those things shows get wrong, NCIS had an female CID Army LTC who was always investigating stuff with Gibbs.

Thanks for explaining that!

I don't know if it would make any difference but this was a high profile, in the press/congression investigation kind of case. Also, the Capt. was 50, so likely prior enlisted?

Face Off with travolta and Nic Cage is on Netflix. Watched this morning and forgot how awesomely good/bad this 90’s flick was!

As with many Cage movies. I just watched Con Air for the first since it was out in theaters. Very good/ bad movie. I get a kick out of Nic Cage. His acting is so cheesey that it's actually entertaining.

The Rock is another good/bad one to watch. Sean Connery is great in it.

I believe I've said this before, but it's worth mentioning again.

Nicholas Cage is a fantastic actor, even a national treasure, maybe a ghost rider or even a lord of war hell, I think some might even consider him the rock of the acting world. Steadfast and consistent yet with wild streaks, that's why I believe deep down he's wild at heart yet can still be the family man when people need him to be.

Not to mention he tried to face off with Hollywood and they turned him into a wicker man for it, if that isn't kick ass to do what he did and be leaving Las Vegas to go to the city of angels then I don't know what is.

Here's to him trying to raise a family in arizona.

Dude had some monster traps in Warrior. I think I've seen most of his films, starting with The Krays.

The Rock? I like his movies. I don't expect too much so I usually come away entertained...they're not bad and he's got comic talent.
The Rock I was referring to is a title of a movie with Nick Cage. However I do enjoy Dwayne Johnson movies for the same reason as you. I'm entertained and they usually make me laugh.

People take the piss out of Nic Cage and, honestly, usually rightly so. However, he's a good actor when he wants to be. It's just that he seems to pick roles he enjoys and gets enough money to live on. He's kind like Matthew Mcconaughey except Mcconaughey didn't go back to easy romantic comedies.

Agree. Family Man and Lord of War were actually good movies, in my opinion.

I love Keanu's deft handling as much as any other guy but 2 was pretty weak other than the awesome gunplay. 3 probably won't be good.

And you can't possibly tell me that there's that much work for that many assassins in this world.
