I watched it.

Some liberals are fired up, calling for CNN CEO to be fired over the Trump townhall. I like his response. Basically saying that you may not like Trump, but its CNN's job to cover him because he's a presidential candidate. Really? I think the old CNN would've cut away. And, I agree that Kaitlin Collins was tough, and good and if you are a lefty you'd probably like her. IDK, maybe there is hope for journalism.

DNC said there will be no primary debates against Biden. They have made it absolutely clear he is not to be challenged. Funnily...this did not happen under Obama. Someone needs to break ranks and primary him.

The cnbc article is from 2018. It details the single year in which the California population didn’t grow over the 10 years from 2011 to 2021. Gavin Newsome wasn’t even the Governor when that was written.

California population by year, county, race, & more

As for reparations. That was a committee vote. I’d be shocked if there wasn’t a popular vote referendum. California is a weird state and can be a true democracy at times. It doesn’t take many votes to get things passed or overturned.

So, I am utterly perplexed by Kennedy. He does not sound like any Kennedy I have heard. He sounds more Republican than a lot of Republicans.

I have been watching him in interviews. He makes a lot of sense in a lot of ways and seems very down to earth and thoughtful. I haven't looked to deep into his policies yet.

I read about it on Fox a few minutes ago. It was interesting to me that they chose to take him at home, where they know he has guns and where he threatened federal agents in the past. For my LE friends, is that standard practice? Barring some type of exigency, wouldn’t it be better to grab him when he’s… we’ll he’s 75 so when he’s on his way to the American Legion or a hip replacement surgery or whatever old people do?

Seems like he was dangerously deranged. He definitely needed a visit from federal law enforcement. Too bad it didn’t end differently, with him alive and in psychiatric treatment, the threat to the President (and numerous others, apparently) ended, and an on-the-job shooting not on the conscience of an agent.
