Super Sweet Movie Discussion Thread

Die hard X-Men fan here....from being a kid and reading the original X-Men in the 70's and then X-Men#101 with the arrival of Phoenix...love them...I have enjoyed all of the first movies and recent movie ventures....Sooooo....really looking forward to see how they do the next movie "Dark Phoenix"

Venom was a pleasant surprise. If you’re a fan of comics then you’ll like it. It’s definitely a junk food movie but worth the money. Stay for the first post credit scene- it sets up a good sequel.

FYI - I put your Giphy behind a link only because it shows the F-Bomb and this thread is relatively safe for work.

Here is a trailer for those that like rock ‘n’ roll, power pop and punk rock...Premieres at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame on March 20th

For you Amazon Prime folks, right now it has some of Eastwood's spaghetti westerns, Full Metal Jacket, American Psycho, the Untouchables, Delta Force (yes, with Chuck Norris!), The Way of the Gun (highly recommended cult classic), The Kill Team documentary, etc.

I've seen them all in parts, probably never all the way thru in one sitting. Thanks for the head's up.

NetFlix currently has Eastwood's Unforgiven. Easily in my Top-10 movies ever.

Netflix (though I don't think it's a Netflix production) have just put out a movie called Operation Finale about the Israel lifting of Eichmann in 1960. Could be a good watch, will check out shortly.

Netflix released one about the Yom Kippur War that tells an amazing story about the Israelis and the Egyptians. Definitely worth a watch. It is called The Angel

I just watched The Spy Who Dumped Me....one of the funniest movies I've seen in awhile.

:-o;-)

Also it started off with Wind of Change....so you know its a real spy movie.....

Watched Legend, pretty good movie, I can't understand a word in it but Tom Hardy does a great job as playing twin brothers.

Edited to add: Its honestly insane how good of an actor Tom Hardy is, between switching off and on from Reggie and Ron and just the various mannerisms and immediate swinging emotions he can pull is nothing but amazing to me.
