I seem to recall something coming across our email about the proposed changes in legislation and how the health system leadership will meet to figure out "our" response and what "we" will do to support. Honestly I'm the first person to point out our organization's issues, but this one doesn't seem to be one of them. I've not heard a lot of people wailing and gnashing their teeth over this issue so I don't think it's a big crowd.

They have done this for many things so now I think people are tone deaf. They even did it yesterday over the shooting at UNC on Monday.

I have provided anesthesia in the surgeries for this. I don’t think almost anywhere in NC is routinely doing these surgeries in minors. Certainly not in the Duke or UNC systems.

It’s hard for minors to get breast reductions secondary to back pain and stuff. You think insurance and doctors are able to go cutting off dicks left and right?

Trans employees may be upset. I guarantee you no surgeons have the time or give a fuck to go use a safe space. If you’ve ever worked with a surgeon you know what I mean.

Yeah, it's just not a thing. The health system's PAS (I can't even tell you what that means, they are the counselors and safe space people...professional something services...) puts out these messages all the time but I don't know anyone who actually engages them on this.

I have a daughter with competitive swimming aspirations. This infuriates me. Put aside the trans BS. If a 50 year old biological woman wanted to compete with kid's, they'd be denied and we'd question their intentions. How do I explain to my daughter that no matter how much she trains and how good she is, a grown man can "compete" with her. Moving the goal posts beyond her genetic capacity.

The extreme lefts agenda is no longer to just erase "male privilege" but it is obvious they are also directly destroying any gains in women's rights. It's so funny that they ignore the fact, biological males are taking over all protected female spaces.
