Does that seem to be mostly peeps that will reach/are past retirement?

That's one of the trends I've been seeing. Our other trend is WG staff like entry level mechanics, maintenance, and security.

No shit, Sherlock....

I have said this for years, as have millions of people: the professional politician class is siloed and insulated from the real world. They believe what they read, the media, the millions of reports and briefing, written by people who engage in groupthink and confirmation bias.
