Seeing who they cheer for with some doing the very things that Gaetz had done or similar to, makes their rage rather impotent because it's one sided. F that, man the F up if they want us to agree with them then.

I will say this as clearly as I can- he wasn't charged by the DOJ, this isn't anything new, and it at least appears to be political in nature. The majority of the report and allegations hinge on one person- Joel Greenberg. It's chock full of "one male witness reported seeing Matt Gaetz at a party giving money to a woman" and the like.

This sort of reminds me of the stuff with Madison Cawthorn. There's not really anything illegal, but there's "improper" stuff going on.
Normally, nobody but the opposition gives a shit, but the dude pissed off enough people in his party that they also wanted him gone.

Gaetz absolutely could have stayed in Congress and would have still had a decent chance of being AG if he had been more "likeable" with his peers.

I don't disagree with this.

Also- I've seen what all these people will cheer, so IDGAF what they boo. Quick reminder on some of the appointments that flew through without a single no vote.

I'll save the pearl clutching for later, if that's ok.
What do you mean? Rachel Levine’s confirmation vote was 52-48, and I don’t think Sam Brinton even had a vote.

Sorry, 100% misspoke here; meant to use this other pic, both appointments to highlight the absurdity of appointment. My b!

Did Jill's staff even read the charges of these people she's commuting their sentence of? Some of these are mighty fine people, out there raping and murdering etc. Some pretty sick shit.

I can’t imagine how the families of the victims feel about this. Of anything I could fault Biden for, this was an act of pure evil.

You ever watch Game of Thrones? Joffrey in his poisoning scene, knows something is wrong, yet continues to poison himself while trying to antagonize his perceived enemy.

They most likely voted for Biden just like they voted for the very things that caused them to flee California or New York, etc., and end up turning their new state of residency into another shithole and then ignorantly asking what happened.

As angry as I am at all of this, I will still say I TOLD YOU SO because they got what they voted for. They continue to poison themselves and their communities, hence my GoT reference.

Federal death penalty cases are...well, not really followed through on.

There have only been 16 federal inmates put to death since 1976, while Texas has executed 591 since 1982.

(Death penalty was re-instituted across the US in 1976)

Just add this tidbit from Google.

"Texas has executed more people than any other state, and more than a third of the national total. However, the pace of executions has slowed in recent years. As of December 12, 2023, Texas has the smallest death row population since 1985"

Timothy McVeigh would probably still be on fed death row if he hadn’t dropped his appeals.

I love how the Dems keep throwing around the word Insurrection, and try to relate that to Jan 6. We had more violence in the George Floyd demonstrations than the Jan 6 thing.

If the Jan 6 rioters would have stormed the Capital building in force using firearms and shot their way to the congressional area, I would say that it was an attempted/failed insurrection of sorts.

Seems to me, if it was an actual insurrection then people would be charged with?

Insurrection.

How many people were charged, tried, and convicted for insurrection? Yeah...
Juxtapose that with M29- the White House firebombed, 60 Secret Service folks were hurt, and 11 went to the hospital. Six vehicles destroyed. The President had to be moved to a protective shelter.

Any of those folks still sitting in prison waiting on a trial? I don't seem to remember spending years and $3.3M (the cost of the January 6th committee) getting to the bottom of May 29th and the BLM riots.

Weird. Anyway, here's wonderwall.

See, I prefer Morning Glory, never was a fan of Wonderwall, but their best work was D'you Know What I Mean? Great song, but the video was nuts; it even shot in the same location as Full Metal Jacket. These helos flying around, dropping off kids, colored smoke, the kids staring lifelessly at the band. Nah, those twats were good, but Wonderwall was kind of ass.

The discourse on the X of the folks in favor of hiring more shitting H1Bs instead of hiring an American US born graduate from a state university, but we'll hire some idiot from India who is only marginally cheaper. But the bean counters will look at the 5k in savings per year and continue to push for H1Bs.

My brother in Christ, per the Democrats the Floyd Riots were righteous and peaceful protests and there were not damages. Only reparations. It's not like any of these cities arrested the people who burned them to the ground.

But let's get viking helmet guy for trespassing.

The thought of having more Indian H1B's is terrible. The school I'm at has been infiltrated by them, from teaching to undergrad. Holy shit, they are terrible. As in they're woke as shit, don't understand culture, and will stab you in the back, let alone the caste bullshit they bring with them. They also suck at teaching and like the Arabs will hoard information outside of what they think you need to know.

There are some good people, but holy fuck is it a shit show. We legit need to focus on educating our native born populations here. The idiots for this on X want the US to turn into Canada. The Indian population is also why Portland and Seattle are a liberal hell hole.
