One more thing we should note. The H-1B's that Vivek wants to import will never fight for the nation. Most of these people view the military and our nations military traditions as something for the "help". Culturally, these people view picking up a rifle or doing Infantry stuff as beneath them. When we have an internal or large external conflict, these people will either fuck on back to their nations or become enemy agents.

Quite simply they are a national security threat, but we have corporations and big money who are addicted to cheap labor. Said corporate folk also don't have to live in the fractured society they're destroying, they get gated communities. Corporate monkeys also led the charge on the woke movement and sat back while American cities burned.

We also have an entire thread on the UN, Migration, and Demographics.

Given we were at war for over 20+ years, anyone wanna gather a guess as to who was manning combat arms roles? Cause it sure as shit wasn't our H-1B's.

They were too busy being in CS and CSS units, banging their highly sought after and prized white girls with white guilt syndromes?

What is CS and CSS?

Can you explain it slowly for an infantry dude?
CA although not mentioned previously, is short for Combat Arms. Self explanatory (hopefully). Infantry, Tank, Special Forces, Rangers, Delta, Asymmetric Warfare Group, Aviation both attack and transport, Field Artillery, Scouts, and Anti Aircraft Artillery. These are the maneuvering front line forces with some more than others being direct close.

CS is is short for Combat Support. Separate functioning units of either Engineers, Military Intelligence, Chemical, Military Police, Special Operations (Pysops) and Signal. These are CA's problem solvers.

CSS is short for Combat Service Support. Separate units of either Supply, Maintenance, Transportation, and whatever they are calling field hospital units these days (MASH/CASH etc.). These are the sustainment and lifeblood to all CA units.

Understood. So going back to the question, how many H-1B's were in combat arms? How many of these people were sticking their necks out. It might seem unimportant to you, but culture and a willingness to fight plays a role in how assimilated a people have become.

Given what I've seen at home and abroad, our H-1B's from India and SEA are not assimilating. They view war as beneath them. In their eyes they're the managerial class. Hell, they view the social contract as a suggestion. You think they're going to fight? Do you think their kids are going to fight?

When did you get out, these were in place right before I commissioned.
They've probably been in place forever, I just wanted clarification.

Things worked differently in Infantry Land. Wanted to see the other sides viewpoint.

What's your demographics in CA, and what's your demographics in both CS and CSS, and there's your answer.

This discussion about H1-Bs is interesting. Immigrants enlist all the time, I deal immigration firms a lot since we have a sizeable foreign player population in our rugby league. BUT, what happens to the immigration status of someone who enlists while on a student or work visa?

Yes and no. Demography, while important, does not reflect the assimilation of a people into a nations cultural zeitgeist.

Which is what I'm getting at. We already have a boatload of internal problems. We need to take care of enculturating and educating the next generation. Not stealing what little future they have left, by bringing in outside mercenaries.

lol...Elon you are beyond wrong on this one. H1B visas are the devil. They aren't the secret to this country's prosperity.

I remember it was like the mid-2010s, Barack and his Ds had the power and they were going to raise the minimum salary for H1Bs to 150k...and then the tech bros descended and said "push for STEM in universities" but don't do that, you'll cripple us. Ok, now our high schools have changed and more and more computer engineers are being produced. But these computer engineers have the wrong level melanin in their skin. So let us continue to suppress wages. Yeah!

People keep talking about how H1B is indentured servitude, the whole point is that these workers are temporary. But these companies abuses this to the nth degree so that they don't hire a single American. Also, this has nothing to do with race. There are thousands of hispanics and blacks that can code, but are they given opportunity? No. Why? Because tech bros are racist MFs. Especially the Indian ones.
