I heard Civil War doesn't have a single Avenger in it, or an infinity stone, so I'll probably give it a miss.
The Ministry of Ungentlemenly Warfare...HELL YEAH! Go see it!
Between this movie and The Gentlemen, maybe I'm a Guy Ritchie fan...or maybe I just like shows with the word Gentlemen in the title?![]()
Agree, not necessary to see it on the big screen, especially if you have to go out of your way to do so. But, it is worth seeing...total smokeshow Eiza Gonzalez, gratuitous Nazi killing, Henry Cavill deadpan delivery, all very loosely (with many liberties taken) wrapped around the story of Operation Postmaster, what's not to like?!I was patiently awaiting your verdict after you said you were going to see it.
I like Guy Ritchie stuff quite a bit as well. That said, in all honesty, his films are typically not a Maverick or Star Wars in terms of needing a massive screen and theater atmosphere to fully enjoy. Worth it to go out of my way to see while it's on the big screen?
...total smokeshow Eiza Gonzalez
I don't plan on seeing it. But here's the filmmaker's map of the various factions in the movie:

Blue: Loyalists
Yellow: Western Forces
Burgundy: Florida Alliance
Green: New People's Army
Texas and California allies? That's a reach.
I don't know...she makes me all warm and tingly inside.Who is that?
(Googles)
Well, helllloooooo dere, Ms. Gonzalez!
I wouldn't leave my wife for her, but I'd probably spend a mint on Tiffany.com when that story broke.
No rhyme or reason to that map. Ohio aligning with the North Eastern coastal states politically is not even 2 fucks of reality.Outside of fucking Philly, Pittsburgh and York/Harrisburg, we ain't fucking loyalists. Lol

Maria and I watched Asphalt City last night.
Technical advisers did pretty good job for movie. Pt. interactions with EMS were realistic and funny.
Movie kind of slow though. Ending left you wondering though, I felt as if the rookie medic found his way in a busy, shit system, that's my take away, Maria was not fond of ending.
Thanks for the review. Did you stream it?
