Ukraine - Russia Conflict

Wagner was always what Wagner always was. Hyenas. You can leash hyenas. Feed them, placate them, appease them. But you don’t domesticate hyenas.

From a Sun Tzu perspective and a geopolitical standpoint? This is a development which benefits us as long as Russia doesn’t clack off a nuke in Ukraine. You can either fight a war abroad or a war at home, not both.

From a human perspective? Lololol kidding I lost that part of me long ago. The only tragedy here is the rank and file Russians who have protested this farce since day one paying the price in the inevitable crossfire. Mercy on their souls.

From a realistic standpoint; if we believe the internet, and this isn’t wag the dog, and a severely weakened Russia and Putin have to deal with a battle tested force of heavily armed and mechanized regulars that they trained and funded to commit atrocities worldwide while every real hitter Russia have might have might as well be a world away fighting trench to trench on some dumb ‘special military operation’? How many of those dudes watch Rostov burn? How many watch Wagner execute politicians in the streets and leave one asymmetric conflict to go to another?

I am considering buying the next ticket to view the titanic. Seems like the only way out.

Guys - an appeal…

Please make some attempt at fact checking before posting random videos; I’ve already deleted 1 that was from about 3 years old.
There’s another one I just saw that claimed to be Wagner forces surrounding the headquarters of the Russian Southern Military district, but literally every single comment said that it was Russian troops.

Comments may be wrong according to the WSJ in this case. Russian military is there, but not shooting at the Wagner occupiers.

Supposedly, there's a Wagner column in Rostov with Prigozhin. But, the longer this plays out with no real evidence of attacks or bodies, the more this starts to look like some other kind of shitshow... 🤔

I’m seeing tweets that many are supposedly siding with Wagner personally I think this maybe all bs but than again

Well…I suppose that's the danger of using mercenaries. They're loyal to the dollar and not the country.

Anyhooo… about that pesky $6 billion accounting error by the Pentagon...

This was def just a mater of time imo but I didn't expect it to happen so soon. Wonder how much other actors encouraged anything, if at all.

Putins machine reportedly took off and interestingly also Lukashenkos.

Trivial, but I'm curious how trolls are going to whitewash this critical little event.

Two asswipes trying to be relevant.
AF Reserve JAG Off and a guy who lied about his military service talking tough.

Blumenthal had 5 draft deferments and then joined USMCR 70-76 which in those days guaranteed you wouldn't go to VN. Fucker was drinking beer and chasing skirts while me and my bros were knee-deep in paddy water. And I'll bet you he had a nice set of dress blues to sport around. We hated Reserve guys back then because they were worse than draft dodgers. They got the honor of wearing the uniform without any of the risk. Rant over.
