I hope Tucker Carlson or some other such opinion guy does a piece on this story this week after the 2nd, 3rd iteration of "found" documents.

People should be outraged but the only ones who are really going to cover it are talking heads and it will be over in a couple weeks.

Even with the (R) investigations going on hoping for something to come of this or impeachment is just wishful thinking. Of course all of us with a clearance (and those without) know exactly how it would play out if it was one of us...

If he's repping the President, I'd say he's billing a minimum of $750, probably closer to $1500/hour...and he/she billed the whole weekend each time. Bet he made like 30k of this wonderful thing already.

I'm judging here a little but my experience with attorneys are that a lot of them are stuffed shirts. That kind of work would be beneath them unless there is something else going on. I don't think they were just there to clean the office.

The Clintons had a few books written about them as I recall. Some of the info came from State Troopers on his security detail as I remember, even a few questionable deaths connected to them? Bongino was a SS agent also, I'm sure what he knows but can't speak about publicly would make us puke... He's the right man to be writing such a story.

200? Shit. You can make more than that doing Med mal as an expert witness. We had a speaker say he charges 450/hr for chart review and 700/hr for any deposition or court appearance.

This scandal is weird. Either this is a concerted effort to get rid of President Biden, or it's a sleight of hand distraction for something much bigger that we don't know about yet.

Around the election or whatever, I theorized Biden would last about two years, resign due to "health issues," and allow Kamala to cackle her way to 1600 PA Ave, setting herself up for 2024.

I think it was @amlove21 who recently postulated that transition would take place 18 months before the election, Harris would fall by the wayside because she sucks, setting up Newsome v. DeSantis in 2024. (If I'm off, that's on me and my apologies)

Fuckery is afoot. We might miss the bits and pieces, but I'd like to think we can all see that something is going on. However it shakes out, I can't imagine Biden or Harris running in 2024 (past the Democratic primary) and the Dems need someone to run against RDS...and beating Ron will take some effort.

Of course, I always thought Trump wasn't a factor in 2016 and Hillary would crush him, so YMMV.
