Israel has most of Golan, but Syria stakes claim to the Eastern portion. That's where the UN has been stationed since just after the Six Day War, and that's the part Israel will probably take for a buffer, especially since they had to "rescue" UN troops there.

This seems to be more akin to "meet the new boss, same as the old boss". The only real good thing is that Israel seized the opportunity to eliminate a lot of military infrastructure, including anti-air and chemical weapons.

I agree with @DA SWO, Turkey will continue to punish the Kurds and, as a result, the Kurds could end up with their own piece of real estate and Israel will solidify their piece. Everything else will be the wild, wild west.
