It sounds like they've lost their Syrian presence, even if they don't formally state as much.
My guess is the Russians try to accelerate and expand their presence in Sudan.

When I was at Al Dhafra, "Fighter Town" had T-walls painted by each squadron for their deployment along with ordnance expended. This was at the height of ISIS stomping and holy shit at some of the totals.

Germany’s been quick to come up with an 8-point peace plan for Syria. Part of that plan is the repatriation of Syrian refugees now in Germany. That’s because Germany has been gob-smacked by a flood of Syrians since 2012.

I will say that during my time in Germany, there was more concerns than the Turks. It was actually the durka-durka's in both Hanau & Frankfurt. Timeframe was 2001-2005 though. Pretty sure they never stopped having the armed details in the buses with our kids to protect them going to school and back. I'd imagine it's been much worse by now.
Yeah no way that Syrians are going to go back to Syria after living in the land of milk an European honeys. Not in any appreciable numbers, anyway.
I tried to ignore this when I saw it earlier today, but I can't. Low hanging fruit, but well done.

Luckily, Germany doesn't have a constitution like ours....and deporting Syrians back to Syria is very viable.

So people protested in Syria yesterday saying HTS should form a government of experts and not clerics. Well folks you could have picked up a rifle and shot back. You reap what you sew here, supporting Assad was bad, but now you think the crazy religious terry isn't coming to put you in a Burkini?
